May Temu stop using this useless and unprofessional courier. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. No communication at all from them. They can't be reached through WhatsApp messages, telephone and even live chat. We were forced to drive to the Centurion warehouse where we were told after a long wait that we should drive to Johannesburg. When we reached that warehouse, we were told after hours of waiting that they returned the order to Temu. This is sooooooooo bad!!!!
This is a beautiful resort with very good and well maintained facilities. We really enjoyed the warm hospitality and our stay from the 1st to 3rd September was a pleasant one. We won't think twice to visit this resort again in future. Please consider installing a backup power as this would really be beneficial to your guests but otherwise we are really happy with the resort. The idea of ensuring that our units were very close to one another was highly appreciated!
We hired a 32 Seater luxury bus from Pretoria to Mpumalanga and would really like to appreciate Coach Rentals Pretoria for a good service during our vacation . We would like to express special thanks and appreciation to the driver for his excellent driving skills, patience, sense of humor and keeping the bus clean. Bra Jacob Molefe, you are really a star and have represented your company very well. Thank you very much!
In preparation for our holiday in Mpumalanga, we were looking for a good restaurant in Hazyview for a buffet Gala dinner and was accordingly referred to ANEW Resort Hazyview by one of the restaurants which couldn't provide this service. On behalf of a group of 32, I called the resort and listed the requirements and standard that we would prefer in terms of facilities, set up and quality of service. I was assured that I came to the right place where I would get the best service with the highest standards of food , in the best facilities. With this feedback, I was left with no choice but to recommend the resort to the ladies. We obtained a quote which suddenly included an extra charge of R30.00 for cold drinks and we're required to pay before the event of which we did. On the 3rd of September 2023, we went for our Gala dinner in a black tie theme and with high expectations propelled by the promises we had received. What a shock! When we got there we were welcomed by a restaurant that is in a poor standard. The buffet and table set up was not really impressive and flies were our guests on one table. The buffet did not meet our expectations at all in terms of food preparations eg some proteins were too salty, variety was limited with no refill , the food was generally tasteless and cold, not to mention that the plates were very dirty. Our last evening in Mpumalanga was a real disaster due to ANEW Resort. What a ,waste of make up.
Vodacom Fibre services is bad news!!!!!! We have installed FIBRE after a long battle with Vodacom. By the way, we had been pre warned that Vodacom FIBRE services is extremely bad but we couldn't do otherwise because apparently Vodacom is the only service provider that can install FIBRE in our area. We have been off line for the past two weeks and our efforts to report this technical glitch have not yielded positive results. We have talked to several people at Vodacom and they keep on making empty promises. This has deeply affected our child studies and we accordingly had to buy extra data for him. If you want a head ache, subscribe to Vodacom FIBRE services. No ethical practices and no principles!
Be warned, Zoppah SA is bad news! I ordered items last year in September, to day is the 14th February 2021 and I've not received my items. WhatsApp and email seem not to be helping.
These are a bunch of criminals. After writing a review to share our very very bad experience with VHI, they suddenly decided to activate our membership. This is regardless of the fact that we had withdrawn our activation on the 1st of June 2019, the same day we signed up. We sent several emails and a letter of cancellation within 5 days after signing up. They have continuously ignored our emails until after writing a review. Instead of them confirming when are they planning to refund us, they for the first time sent an email confirming that they have activated our membership. These are acts of criminality and it is against the law. They should not think that we will let it go. R6499.00 is a lot of money. We have withdrawn our activation but they still have the nerve to welcom us to their family. We are not and have never been part of this dodgy family. This is a very bad company, a company which does not have ethics at all. Their focus is on making money without respect of the National Consumer Protection Act. We have tried to respond to their email regarding thid illegal activation of memvership but it keeps on failing. They are not even reachable over the phone. We have no choice but to report the matter to NCP PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DODGY COMPANY, DO NOT JOIN, RATHER LEARN FROM OUR BAD EXPERIENCE.
We had a very very bad experience with this company. We signed with a guy called Kevin Berry and Johan Du Plessis at Centurion Protea Hotel on the 1st of June 2016. According to the Consumer Protection Act 16(3), a person may cancel a contract signed as a result of direct marketing within 5 days, without any penalties. We had sent emails and a letter of cancelation to VHI but we have not received any response or communication from them. We are unable to reach them on the phone number that is on the contract form. We are planning to involve National Consumer Protection and our lawyers to get a refund. I will not recommend this company to anyone. They are only concerned with making enough money and they are unreliable. Please think twice before you sign up with this dodgy company.
