Ordered two wallets and belts based on a picture the supplier had sent me, it was dark brown tones, I received rust /orange undertone wallets and belts, the engraving which I requested was smudged and skew. This was for a groom to gift his father and brother, now it can’t even be used as this is no where near the colour tone needed. There was no effort to replace the items as the supplier didn’t have availability of the products… additionally we were informed there would be no refund as “they are unable too”
Worst customer service, poor communication, useless account department. Unprofessional.
Words cannot express how amazing the service and staff were for my wedding held on 14 April 2022. Everything was absolutely beautiful, the flowers, extra details and bouquets were amazing, Coreen even added items which were not even included on the quote which she saw I fell in love with at our decor mock. After such a rainy few weeks I was SO worried that my flowers would look bad however she made magic happen and it looked gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT! Thank you thank you thank you!
Worst customer service ever. Sent a WhatsApp on Friday for a quote, after a long discussion nothing was received. Emailed again on Monday- received no response. WhatsApp again on Tuesday had to repeat everything. No quote received. Phoned on Wednesday morning, had to repeat everything, was told someone would call me and email a quote- nothing received. WhatsApp again on Wednesday afternoon- have to repeat everything.
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Paid my account in full in August, was given THREE incorrect email addresses by Edgars personnel. Called four times to tell them the account is paid in full. It Is now November and I am still being billed!!!! No response over email. Clueless staff who answer the phones. PATHETIC Service!!
