Unethical Vehicle dealer principles

They sell vehicle with factory warrantys but the parts are not original for the vehicle. I had to return the vehicle a day after purchasing for the repairs to be done in the whole process my battery was swapped which made my vehicle no longer under warranty and the maintenance plan which I had purchased for 15k did not cover because the battery was not original, the dealers are holding me responsible for their negligence so this resulted me in breaking down ,my time ,2k cash 2 days off from work .The service manager Sumen Kistan ,was extremely rude and unhelpful who also made me wait 2 hours and 30 minutes just to receive the worst service in my life. Im putting this out to the public not to trust this dealership
