Blocked my account after i withdrew
I won fairly big 3 times with their bonuses and managed to withdraw my winnings. On 9 July I see on their promotion page that they have 2 bonuses. One on slots and one on tables. I deposited money and received the slots bonus but no table bonus. After querying the advised that there is no table bonus, even though I have a screenshot of the bonus. I played and withdrew. 10 July I deposit again after seeing that they have another slots bonus, received an sms as well. I received no bonus. I asked the chat agent who advised it will be credited after 15 minutes. After 15 minutes still nothing. I email them only to hear my account has been blocked by their risk department to not receive bonuses. This after receiving a sms advertising the bonus. It seems they're happy when you lose but block you when you win. I am pretty sure this is considered false advertising and is very misleading

****mers!! 2nd time I triggered a feature on Playabets.co.za where the server throws me out and I cannot access the game again. First was Buffalo Hold and Win by Booming, second was Money Moose also by Booming. Their chat function is useless and customer service is pathetic. You send emails and never get replies.

Supabad customer service
Last night I deposited R100. The payment did not reflect. I went on the the live chat function to get help. I waited for an agent, but was disconnected before an agent came on. So I tried again. An agent answered, and I sent my message. The agent sent no reply. The chat disconnected after a few minutes of inactivity. I tried again. Got through to an agent who advised me to send the proof of payment. I told the person that their attachment function on the chat does not work and sent the reference number. The agent advised me to send a "proper proof of payment not a message". The person then gave my a 065 nr to sent the proof to. So I sent it via Whatsapp. No response. After about 30 min I went to the live chat again and sent this message Please help, i made deposit of r100, but it is not showing. Also, very early this morning I saw a pop up message saying that I can get free spins. I clicked on the deposit icon and deposited r50, but didn't get any free spins. I sent proof of payment to 065 *** **** as the previous person ordered me to do. No response on the whatsapp messages. Username is *****. (I don't even care about the false advertising of free spins at this point). The agent advised me to send the proof of payment, to which I rep****, please read the message I sent you. After a long time, and almost being disconnected 3 times due to inactivity the agent tells me that they have referred it to the relevant department and I must consult after 6h30 this morning. So, this morning I went on the live chat. Mike answered. I sent him this message: "Please help, i made deposit of r100 yesterday, but it is not showing. I sent proof of payment to 065 *** **** as the previous person ordered me to do. No response on the whatsapp messages. Username is ******." Mike told me to send a proof of payment to a 065 nr and the chat disconnects before I can copy the nr. I have sent an email, requested 2 call backs, sent various whatsapp messages but just get ignored. I am not one to complain about losing R100, but I am one to complain about pathetic customer service.
