It's a pity you can't give zero stars. Worked initially then less so, with multiple shows going missing and lots of buffering to the point where after four months we no longer use it at all despite having a year contract. The whatsapp support line is a bot which just keeps asking the same questions and promising that it's being looked at, which is extremely cynical. No response from the email addresses which supp**** the service when you set it up.
Six weeks, 4 deliveries, 10 pickups, uncountable emails and Takelot have still not managed to deliver the catfood ordered on 13 October. If your order works first time, you are OK, if not, walk away, because it may simply not be worth the effort of getting the problem solved. Writing the whole thing out now for the Retail Ombudsman.
