I have been moved from pillar to post to have my internet connectivity fixed. This issue has been ongoing since 18 January to date and no one has been able to provide me with any insight as to why it is taking them this long to rectify. I have since been asked to resubmit my proof of address which is obviously already on file. This is absolutely terrible service and am looking to cancel my contract with Vodacom immediately as I have been having ongoing issues since I've started using their services. I would highly recommend that no one ever uses their services.

I was highly impressed with the service of Heinrich and his team. After having an unfortunate experience with a mechanic who ripped me off, I came across Heinrich's details on a google search and when he called me back, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, care, and thorough way of working. His team kept me updated every step of the way while they were fixing my car and after fixing the car continued to check in on the progress of the vehicle - outstanding! Thank you for your service!
