Disgusting service I went there with my partner and niece and left absolutely humiliated. After waiting outside in the wind (not in the reception) for quite some time, I went inside to ask if they could give me a waiting time more or less so that I could come back. I was met with complete disregard by the lady at the door (she refused to greet me back before taking my temperature, did not make eye contact with me once). After I asked for a waiting time, the lady shook her head, my response was "okay" the manager comes storming towards me "Listen mam, I don't have time for this. I'm only dealing with bookings! If you want to sit outside in the wind by the pool, then go take a table there! If not, you can leave!" I then proceed to ask him why he is so hostile. (she then tells him in Afrikaans that she already told me there are only tables outside - keep in mind she never spoke to me once). Both of them basically start screaming at me. I was calms up until this point and then shouted back that they are absolutely sick for treating customers like this especially after I was a loyal supporter of their establishment. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOUR.
