I WOULD LIKE TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT A GOOD SERVICE VHUMBANANI PROVIDES AND THAT YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK THEM FOR HELP OR THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION, THEY WILL SEND IT AS SOON AS THEY CAN AND THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT. VODACOM CANCELLATIONS!!!!
We have a data bundle with Vodacom. We have been struggling for TWO YEARS now to cancell it, with no avail. The bundle isnt even working anymore, so we are paying for two years for NOTHING!!! We tried the cancellation email addres which only returns the emails. We tried the cancellation number 0821958 no one ever answers. And if we keep holding they just cut you off. The best thing of all is that our cellphone contracts are still with them. 3 of them!!! But still we dont get any assistance on something not working. PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY!!!
