3 weeks ago I created an account for uncapped wifi with Webafrica zyxel using vodacom as the service provider. Vodafone came and did the fiber zyxel delivered my router 3 days after. Till now I have not had access to my wifi as there is a problem with the router. Vodacom came out to asses the problem and said that zyxel is responsible as the router looks like it’s faulty. I tried contacting zyxel several times via email and phone and no one got back to me. Yesterday I tried again and they said that I need to send my router back to them and they will see if it’s faulty. Now why should I be the one sending it back if the problem is from their side from the beginning. Why can’t they send me a new one and collect the faulty one at the same time as I’m sure it’s still under warranty. This is seriously ridiculous! All I want is for my wifi to work. This is the worst service I have had.
