Horrible experience. After 11 weeks and numerous follow ups from my side (yes if I didnt follow up I will hear nothing as the owner Monique Moss (Phillipson) does not believe in communicating with a client), I still do not have my parcel. I have paid in full (11 weeks ago). So far no parcel and I have tried numerous times to get a refund - also with no success.
