Honey Blush advertised via a reputable Mommy’s Facebook group, deceiving me into thinking that it was a legitimate, “mommy owned” business. Paid nearly R600 for a dress that was intended as a Christmas present for my daughter. I’ve lost count of the number of promised delivery dates that have passed. Monique Moss, also know as Monique Philipson, the apparent owner, has told so many lies, she has now lost track of what she has said! An absolute scam!!!

The owner, Monique Moss, promised me numerous times that i will get my items in 3 weeks. 3 weeks turned into 6 weeks and i asked for my money back. I've been begging for days and still no money. When she replies she says she will to do transfer but i still need to ask and fight with her everyday to give me my money back. Extremely unprofessional and very dishonest. I don't know if this is a scam but i will never recommend this place to anyone. Please assist.

Horrible experience. After 11 weeks and numerous follow ups from my side (yes if I didnt follow up I will hear nothing as the owner Monique Moss (Phillipson) does not believe in communicating with a client), I still do not have my parcel. I have paid in full (11 weeks ago). So far no parcel and I have tried numerous times to get a refund - also with no success.

dont waste your time people please......i can post photos of this horrible service....luckily stop 2 clients already from ordering just by proofing how the owner talks to client rude only 2 word reply and no apology for making you wait or not just give you answers...... screenshot all!!! Worst service ever

Dont waste your money.. terrible service.. paid money for an item in march still nothing, lack of communication from honey blush. Numerous times have asked to refund my money and still battling to get my money back and its now August. Never again.would not recommend them to anyone!!

Be very wary of this woman. This sircus started the 16th of March 2020 when I ordered boots from her. I didn't think it's strange that delivery took long because the lockdown happened. She said if I pay extra courier costs she can quickly send them. I paid, no boots. When the courier services resumed work I started asking for my boots. After a lot of messages I received them. Seemed legit? So I ordered some more boots for me and my mum, spiderman tekkies for my boy and a girly outfit for a friends little girl. Same exercise again. Only after a lot of whatsapps I received 3 pairs of boots. I ordered 4. I contacted her once again and asked where the other pair was. She sent them the next week. Still no spiderman tekkies or girly outfit. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the lockdown made everything difficult. She advertised very cute fathers day mugs. I asked her straight forward, if all your other orders take so long what is the chance the mug will be on time. She assured me it will as the other items where not from local vendors. Fathers day....no mug. First she said the Spiderman tekkies is being picked up for delivery. When I didn't receive anything she said they are out if stock as well as the girly outfit and will refund me that same night. That was the 2 July. Still nothing.........So I'm - a mug, tekkies and girly outfit and this girl is just shaking me off. The worst client service I have ever received and I lost a lot of money.
