I do a lot of online shopping with Dischem. Usually with no fault. Unfortunately with my last order my Zinc pills got replaced with Cod liver oil pills instead(the packaging and colours look the same hence the mistake). My Radox bodywash was not in the box at all. After one e-mail a gentleman called me and the very next day someone showed up with the correct items. Wow! Dischem, well done! Now THAT'S client service! Thank you. In the middle of a pandemic, Looters storming shops, and a cold front, you still manage exellent service!
Will NOT be using 60sixty app again. Driver calls me 3 times after the app notified me my parcels have already been delivered. He is rude on the phone telling me I gave the wrong address. I did not. While I'm still talking he puts down the phone. Used this app in Mosselbay with no issue. It seems here in Gauteng things are done different. I went outside to show him on my phone that I did type in the correct address.
Ok so this review is so very long overdue. But in a nutshell...Memoire helped us (I think the young mans name was Jaco?) to make lemonade from lemons. After our wedding photographer lost? our wedding photos we had to do a reshoot. Memoire was so gracious in this difficult time. Thank you! Thank you for adding a bit of sugar to a very sour situation❤
So I posted on the 24th of April about what a joke Vox is. They just 'took' R4000 out of our bank account. What are we paying for? They didn't set foot on our premises for any installstion (and we licked their ****s for two weeks to come and install wifi)? If this is their cancelation fee it's one hell of a rip off. Please people...stay AWAY!
I wish I can give 0 stars. R4000 to cancel a service we never used. They didn't install ONE part in our home. Took them 2 weeks to get back to us. We decided to go with another provider who actually responds and delivers a service. R4000 to get them off our backs. Please people, they are thieves who are not out to deliver an honest service.
The whole Monte Casino follows WHOs regulations regarding 2 year olds and masks. Except the bird gardens and the sad lady working the till. Thank you for a 2hour drive for nothing. We will NEVER support Montecasino again.
Be very wary of this woman. This sircus started the 16th of March 2020 when I ordered boots from her. I didn't think it's strange that delivery took long because the lockdown happened. She said if I pay extra courier costs she can quickly send them. I paid, no boots. When the courier services resumed work I started asking for my boots. After a lot of messages I received them. Seemed legit? So I ordered some more boots for me and my mum, spiderman tekkies for my boy and a girly outfit for a friends little girl. Same exercise again. Only after a lot of whatsapps I received 3 pairs of boots. I ordered 4. I contacted her once again and asked where the other pair was. She sent them the next week. Still no spiderman tekkies or girly outfit. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the lockdown made everything difficult. She advertised very cute fathers day mugs. I asked her straight forward, if all your other orders take so long what is the chance the mug will be on time. She assured me it will as the other items where not from local vendors. Fathers day....no mug. First she said the Spiderman tekkies is being picked up for delivery. When I didn't receive anything she said they are out if stock as well as the girly outfit and will refund me that same night. That was the 2 July. Still nothing.........So I'm - a mug, tekkies and girly outfit and this girl is just shaking me off. The worst client service I have ever received and I lost a lot of money.
Wow! DO NOT ORDER FROM DIS-CHEM ONLINE. I ordered baby formula and nappies. The order took really long. When it arrived today it had the wrong formula in it. More than R600 worth of formula....

I ordered pj's for my little boy from them because it's getting cold quick now and he's too big for last years pj's. After that order I ordered a bunch of other stuff as well. They set my boys pj's delivery date AFTER the last order I placed. Their answer? The order with the pj's contain non essential items. Well, so does the last order???????? Why cant you deliver an order I placed on the 22 April BEFORE an order I placed last week?????? Doesnt make sense???? We're in lockdown. Trying to stay out of the shops and then this happens.....
