Solar System Satisfied Customer
SOLAR INSTALLATIONS My sincere thanks to Mr, Johann Minnaar for his excellent service to us by installing a Solar System that works 100% !!! He is a reliable honest person and gives excellent after service. You can trust his knowledge and workmanship that is neat and tidy and I can strongly recommend him if you want to install a Solar System in your home.

Solar System poorly installed
Please stay away We had a very poor Solar installation since 2017 when it was installed. After service was slow and poor and the last battery they brought me swelled up on the sides within a weeks time. I ended up in contacting another Solar Company to re-install a better system.

Solar Power Complaint against "Power Africa" or "GC International.co.za "
I installed a 5Kva Solar Power System from them in September 2017. The Inverter broke within the first month. It took them 4 weeks to repair. After 3 months I had no change in my Eskom account. After many complaints to the company they replaced the 8 small batteries, where solar power was saved in for night time use, with 4 huge much stronger batteries. But the Inverter broke again in December 2018. It is under a 5 year guarantee and I am without Solar Power since then. They came to take the Mecer Inverter out on 9 January 2019 and told me the factory opened then after the December closure for Christmas. I was told it would take 2 to 10 working days to repair. Every time I phoned they have many answers. Now they promised me a new Inverter on 15 February 2019. For sure they must have stock to replace my Inverter but their story is that they are waiting for stock for the Mecer Inverters. Meanwhile we have been without Solar Power from 9 December 2018. I honestly think that is not a service for a R93,000-00 investment into Solar Power. M & M van Rooyen.
