Zipzap WISEPAD g2 Plus - BAD hardware and Support

Had 2 x machines, at 2 different sites, 300km appart the wisepad g2 plus. Was working fine, shutdown, and stored in cupboard. One not used for quite some time, and one last just before lock down. Start them up again - Say system halt - ikek tamper. Zip Zap simply say, machines is faulty - software now corrupt buy new ones. Can not even tell me if the simm cards in the machine perhaps only blocked due to none use, Just Out of warrantee - needs to be replaced, ie need to buy again. These are BAD MACHINES. I had endless trouble with connections previously. One was previously replaced around 3 times. Endless customer complaints due to connection errors, waiting to pay for goods. Now wanting me to buy same devices again. NEVER. If you want something that works for your business, DO NOT USE THIS. Try something else.
