Terrible service and cold food. (Lower restaurant) We had to ask 3 times before our table was cleaned after the previous customer's breakfast. Coffee took forever to come, had to ask 2 times. Received a lot of attitude from the waiter. Food took longer than 45 minutes and when it arrived some it what incorrect and all of it was cold. Eggs tasted old. Will not go there again.
Very dissapointed Ordered on 23 February. Promised to get them end of March, then second week in April, and then 15 May. Now it is still not ready. If you complain she is very unprofessional and rude or posts your number and messages on facebook and laughs it off. Won't support her ever again and it reminded me why I only support local❤️
I completed my details on their website for a quote on my car insurance. A lady phoned by minutes after (which was great) I spend 40 minutes with her on the phone, going through all the necessary information and questions. She got noticeably upset when I did not want to confirm my banking details and insisted that they are the absolute best and started speaking over me when I tried to explain that I would like to look at all my options (which is within my right) She also refused to do allow me to confirm anything over email and kept on insisting that I take the cover as I won't find anything better, this might be the case but isn't that for me to decide after looking at all my options? They might provide the best rates and give you money back but I am sure no one wants to feel forced to make a decision over a call. The lady got upset and said "all the best" and put the phone down in my ear. Horrible experience
