I've been with Dr Moloi for 13 months and I never encountered any issues before.I was disappointed with a terrible experience where they postponed my appointment the week before my actual appointment which I didn't have much problem with that. On the actual day of my appointment they called and sent a message 15 minutes before my appointment to inform me that they canceled my appointment and unfortunately I only found out that when arrived at the reception. The receptionist was insisting that she's been trying to call me since day before but I never had a calling history on my phone on previous day. I felt like they should have sent me a message atleast a day before my appointment. They did me dirty and handled everything unprofessional. I had to leave work early in order to honor my appointment not knowing I'm being canceled.
