Incorrect items delivered, emails ignored
Placed an order over a month ago and received a partial delivery, including one incorrect item. Still awaiting delivery of items worth over R1000 and they've stopped replying to emails. Last reply was 2 weeks ago stating that one item was on back-order. No acknowledgement of the incorrect item sent and no replies to further emails requesting clarification.

Ethanol SA is my favourite supplier of perfumer's alcohol
Ethanol SA is awesome. Consistently excellent friendly service and amazing prices. Their scentburst range is incredible value for money. High purity with a great feel on the skin, and much more cost-effective than buying separate fixatives, humectants, and UV stabilizers. I'll never buy from any other supplier!
