Worst onboarding experience ever. They were quick to make the sale but have zero focus on customer experience. My name and email were spelt incorrectly, I was debited the wrong amount, and although they promised me a gift to apologise, I still haven't received anything. I do not recommend this club to anyone.

Everyone was neglecting my wife & I the entire time on Mother’s Day. Our food came after people who came after us. They forgot about our takeaway. Just horrible service overall. Not sure why we got treated differently.
