This business in Horizon takes your payment by card, tells you it did not go through and charge the payment for a second time. The next time, getting the same story, I made the second payment in cash, only to find on my bank statement that the first payment in both cases went through. I went to the business and I was simply dismissed, zero apology or offer to repay me, albeit I was willing to prove it to the owner. I did contact the head office, they did not even bother to reply. It is a shame, they provide a delicious product and it is a lovely community business.
Ordered food, waited an hour, nothing, 7 phone calls to a call center, really, placed another order, waited 70 minutes, received ice cold food with single portions of chips and onion rings on a sharing meal?????? Not at all satisfied. Poor service and you don't get what you pay for at all.
I have previously registered on the app with my savings card. I placed an order expecting the discounted amounts, as well as 3 for 2 offers would apply as to my knowledge my card is loaded on my profile. All the products were scanned at FULL price, no discounts applied. I have written umpteenth emails, messages on the app and phoned. The only one reply was that I am to link my savings card, which is already linked and the option is to add a card, which puts a card in your basket. Needless to say, I am out of pocket for about R180.00, zero assistance, no further response to my correspondence, only a wry taste of dishonesty and unfairness! Will not use this service ever again, I just need fair trade and honesty.
