Where to start, the fact that company is still in business is scray!!!! On the 2 Nov I received an email stating that DSTV had handed me over, this was very confusing as DSTV is paid in advance and as far as I am aware everything was up to date. I have been trying to get hold of them since then with no luck, every call centre agent that answers gives me the same answer "I cannot assist as I dont deal with DSTV Accounts but I will get them to call you back"..........well that never happened!!! then today I get a threatening email saying numerous attempts to get hold of me have failed (this really made me angry) so I try again, first 3 calls with the same results as every other time when I called. So lets try Whatsapp, well that was useless as they had the incorrect email on one of the questions. Finally at 4:30pm today I sent me 2nd email and guess what................NO RESPONSE, NO CALL NO NOTHING... so now I ask you, you want money from me but I cannot get hold of anyone that can explain or assist me........ I would advise any company looking at handing over their debt to a company to use a company that knows what they doing and how to assist customers trying to sort out or find out why they are getting these emails.
It is very seldom you call a company in a different province in desperation on a Friday afternoon for a job you have over the weekend and someone is so willing to assist. Thank you Wesley (ACTSYS PORT ELIZABETH) for not only assisting but delivering on Saturday morning, even though you don't work on a Saturday. I wish more companies and people were willing to go the extra mile.
