Absolutely unacceptable client service. We have been loyal customers for almost 4 years and the 1 month we paid literally 1 day late (after only getting 1 reminder on the day we had to pay) and we were disconnected and told to pay an additional R250 to be reconnected. When telling them to then cancel our account, they tell us we can only do that on Monday (because apparently they don't work on a Friday). I will never recommend them to anyone!
I am absolutely disgusted in their service! I paid them to make 15 appointment for me - I paid them in February 2020. It is now 7 December 2020 and I have only received 2 appointments from them, one of which did not even meet the requirements for a qualified appointment. I have emailed them numerous times but still have not received any more appointments. They refuse to pay my money back to me and say they will "replace" the appointments that they have sent me - there is no replacing needed as none of them actually took place. For all I know, all the so called appointments that they have made for me have been fake. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
