The worst property management agency
Poor service. No sense of humanity and dealing with people. Poor property management. They are overall bad at the actual business that they are in They do not commicate issues with property owners or relevant parties.

UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!
Whatever you do, do not communicate with these people over the phone. They will deny anything that is not on paper right to your face, they have no sence of honesty. They have no sence of how to deal with tenants. The administration lady always sounds like she's upset that the phone rang, when she answers the phone. Their administrative process is a joke. To make it simple, they do not communicate things to one-another. I had maintenance done in the place I was renting. After two weeks of waiting for the maintenance people to come back to finish the job. I had contacted them, and no one even knew that the job was halfway done. After two weeks of not being able to use one of the rooms. I was surprised to hear that admin had no clue of what was going on and the person that deals with maintenance matters could not give me an answer. I have moved out already, and the job is still pending completion. WHAT A JOKE!!! Steer clear of renting via these, untrustworthy, people. If you do consider renting via them, I can assure you this much. You will pull on the shortest end.
