I have had the worst experience with ABSA vehicle finance. I transferred my vehicle loan to another finance house who made payment more than a week ago. I have been trying to arrange delivery of my original NATIS to the new finance house however I receive absolutely no response from anyone from ABSA. I am utterly disappointed at how unethical they have been throughout this process - to refuse to release my original NATIS when payment has already been made is unprofessional. I have sent numerous emails to the banker who assisted and their call centers and receive no response therefore my only resort was to complain on Hello Peter
I have honestly had the worst experience trying to cancel my current MetroFibre contract. I am moving between provinces and will therefore not need their services anymore however I have called for more than a week trying to cancel or freeze my contract only to be transferred from one person to the next without actually getting the help I need. I have sent emails to notify them that I need to cancel my contract however I have received no response. While their actual internet service has been great, their post installation service is appalling. I hope this can be resolved soon.
I am truly disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that I have received from the Beauty Bar on Windermere road in Durban. I have been trying to book an appointment for a few days now and I keep getting told they cannot confirm an appointment will check their bookings (everyday) and that someone will get back to me. This is however strange because I don't get asked for a call back number and no one has gotten back to me. They have been extremely rude and unprofessional and I hope no one else receives the treatment that I have received.
