Do you want to feel like you are treated like a ******** when trying to claim for short term insurance? Just go ahead and submit a claim to omnisure. my claims have been submitted about 5 weeks ago and still not resolved. Apparently under investigation by Willie Fouche and Alida Grobler. I am claiming for two laptops with the exact same specs, bought on the same day for the same price at Dions. I have been begging for feedback and each time I need to submit more documentation. I have even submitted the purchase receipts of 2017. Today they asked me for the proof of purchase for a laptop that I claimed for via Outsurance in 2018. It was obviously not for the same laptop(s) that ware ****** now under Omnisure policy. In addition they want me to go to the polistation and get copies of the statement for the cases!!! Does anyone has an e-mail address of the CEO of Omnisure in order for mr to escallate my disatifaction. I feel strongly that he should be aware if this rediculous proses. I was for years with Outsurance and never ever been treated like this. Thanks, Wandi
Warning!!!!!! Please be careful of this company that also trades as RC Plumbing. They expect you to service there clients and then you never get payment.
Discovery Insure makes use of ITU Assist as their service provider to interact with plumbers to attend to the plumbing claims for their clients. We have completed plumbing work and have received no payment at all. We logged queries with ITU assist who do not reply to us. We logged a query with Discovery Insure and they said that we need to deal with ITU Assist. The problem is that Discovery is ultimately responsible as they have appointed ITU assist as their service provider. The customer that we have done work for confirmed that the claims were concluded. The question is, who is sitting with our money Discovery or ITU Assist. Hope this complaint is taken seriously.
Itu Aasist phoned us in February this year for plumbing related work calls. We completed two jobs for them. We have made endless calls and send emails requesting payment. We have still not received payment. We have followed all the instructions they have given us. We hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that we will receive our payment. This complaint should have zero stars, that is how bad the service is that I have been receiving. I have been battling since December to register my dependent. A consultant promised me he will phone this morning at 8;30 (9/6/2021). I prepared for the call by having all the information required to complete the application. I understand that Covid is a prescribed medical aid benefit. So the scheme must pay for it, but does not help if I cannot get my dependent on the medical aid. I have been a member of Discovery since 2011. Please can someone just assist me to get my dependent on the Scheme.
Been waiting for weeks on weeks for someone to comeback to me to add a dependent?????
