Fpg disgusting property fund!!!!!!!!!!
Disgusting!!!!!!!!!! A true breed of high billing no service and not even registered with EAAB they claim to be in business for years the service is disgusting not worth a cent. Overcharges on every thing. Makes tenant liable for rates and witholds your deposit. Lease is not even CPA APPROVED. Disgusting operation they call FPG and ASHRAF ALLIE HAS NO SKILLS TO MANAGE A PROPERTY AND LEYAKAT PARKER IS THE OWNER OF PROPERTY FUND WHICH HAS NO PROBLEM OVERCHARGING TENANTS DISGUSTING APPAULING SERVICE.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This company has no regard for tenants, they all about high bills and no service. The lease agreement deprives tenants of their rights and they not CPA APPROVED and they not even registered with EAAB. They are masters in delay tactics on setvice delivery
