I was overcharged close to R700 on goods purchased. Even though I was reimbursed, the person at the till, including the supervisor, did not bother to apologize to the customer. This is poor customer service. It is generally accepted that mistakes happen in the workplace. The teller however made no effort to engage with the client but kept on servicing other customers.....
Pretty bad, unwelcome and *********. No commitment. Even if you are a hard cash payment customer. Setting an appointment means nothing. Owner disappears making excuses while selling your vehicle under your nose..
