Tony ****med me by saying NO accident to the vehicle I bought. Within the first 4 days of driving the car - I find out that it had been in a major HEAD ON collision and written off by the previous insurance company. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP WITH THEIR CARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are extremely dishonest. They will not even try fix or deal with you after your purchase.

Pretty bad, unwelcome and *********. No commitment. Even if you are a hard cash payment customer. Setting an appointment means nothing. Owner disappears making excuses while selling your vehicle under your nose..

I regret not looking for a review before I bought a car from this dealership. I bought kia 2022 model with 25 000 km for R174 000. It was my first experience buying a car, I didn’t even know how to point the red flags. They said the car has never been in an accident. I took the car to be diagnosed, they found out that the car was in an accident and it burned. Everything started to fall apart, the car couldn’t lock even when locking it manually, the doors were not aligning, lights stopped working, it had a horrible sound.

Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. Not only did they sell me a vehicle that had been in a major accident, but they lied about it and tried to cover it up. The car has been nothing but trouble since I bought it and I have lost all trust in this dealership. This dealership needs to decide whether it is a car retailer or a group of thieves. Stay away at all costs.

I purchased a Polo 1.4 from them on 24/11/2022 and paid the full amount. The car was delivered on Friday morning 25/11/2022. That afternoon the car would not start and all the ignition lights were dead. I phone the Sales Manager by the name of Tony and informed him of the problem first thing on Monday morning and was promised that he will attend to the issue. No show from Tony. I when to the dealer and was told that he will attend to it still today. Again no show and he declined my phone calls. Try to get hold of Tony again this morning with no reply. Please be aware to deal with them because you will get no help if you have any problems ones the vehicle is paid for.

Took test drive 22/04 with Paul and told him I'm interested. Few hours later. Contacted the sales person Steven whom i originally spoke to who wasn't there whdn i took it for the test drive. Another Sales person Paul was there. Then we phoned them said we buying the car. Starting paper work everything on Friday 22/04 The Car is on Hold they Promise 23/04.Paperwork is progress. Invoices already supplied. On Friday 22/04 Payment to be made with in 24 hours on Monday 25/05. Just the Dekra and few things that needed to be done on Monday... Then i Get a message voice note on Sunday 24th April... "Sorry eish my colleague Paul sold the car. Same guy that I took the test drive with 2 days ago. On Saturday we were promised that the Vehicle is on Hold. 🤔NO COMMUNICATION. UNPROFESSIONAL. NO REGARD FOR OTHER PEOPLE. Luckily my car was not sold yet otherwise I would have been without wheels. HOW DO YOU PROMISE someone a car, promise and confirm car is on hold send them an invoice. Literally busy with the deal and documents🤝. Makes No sense at all. So these people don't know what's going on in their own business. Absurd. Invoice number 27. No wonder. I am so upset. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. Worst Unreliable. Unprofessional company every! You will regret it.
