I placed an order with Urban Decay SA on 30 November, I received ONE email confirming the order and radio silence ever since. I have tried to phone L'Oreal AND UD multiple times to NO avail. I have emailed, sent website queries, facebook messages, posts and instagram DMs and have received no communication back. This is DISGUSTING customer service. I do not understand how an INTERNATIONAL brand seeks to do business like this. PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!
