I made an online purchase and received no confirmation email. The amount was charged of my account and it has been over 6 weeks with no delivery. The website is no longer available and there is no way of contacting the brand about it.

Placed an order in November, it has been a month. I’ve received one email letting me know the order was confirmed and shipped. Shipped to where? It’s been a month, I’ve called and sent 30+ mails to receive no response. Bearing in mind it is Covid and this company is stealing money from customers. It’s no wonder their SA site was shutting down. They are disgusting. Customer care is non existent and they have basically robbed many of us by deducting money and not delivering goods. Pathetic excuse for a global company. L’Oréal get your act together. I will never purchase a single item under your brand ever again. And I want my money or my goods. In fact my money if preferred f#** your Items I don’t need them.

Their online shopping experience is a disaster! Since the 8th of Dec! I don’t even have an email confirmation of my order even though I have already been charged.

I ordered an eye shadow palette online during the 50% special. Once it was delivered, I opened the package and there were clear finger prints on the eye shadow - this clearly indicates that they had sent me a sample / tester eye shadow palette. This has been contaminated and worst of all, I received a contaminated palette during the Covid-19 pandemic. Absolutely disgusting

Purchased online. They charged me for an item which they did not deliver and now refuse to respond to emails or answer calls to refund my money! They are scammers and thieves that steal your money!! NEVER buy from them!

I made an online purchase two weeks ago and till date I haven’t received my items keep in mind these are Christmas gifts, so when does Urban Decay plan on delivering my products? After Christmas? I’ve sent two emails to them and I haven’t received any response! I tried calling the number provided and there’s no answer just goes straight to voicemail! Nor can I track my purchase cos there’s no record of it on the site!!

I placed an order with Urban Decay SA on 30 November, I received ONE email confirming the order and radio silence ever since. I have tried to phone L'Oreal AND UD multiple times to NO avail. I have emailed, sent website queries, facebook messages, posts and instagram DMs and have received no communication back. This is DISGUSTING customer service. I do not understand how an INTERNATIONAL brand seeks to do business like this. PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!
