I applied for an upgrade online , I chose my package , got an email with selected package. A third party they use, Mondo, then finalised my deal. The loaded the incorrect package on my number. I’ve now spoken to at least 10 consultants and no resolution. I paid for services I’m not receiving.
Their online shopping experience is a disaster! Since the 8th of Dec! I don’t even have an email confirmation of my order even though I have already been charged.
