I have ordered from this business a couple of times and never experienced any issues. I recently ordered on their “Birthday sale” & when my order was delivered, I saw that one item was missing - the SPF50. I ordered 3 bottles and only received 2. I immediately alerted them that this item was missing from my order and 5 days later I am still waiting for confirmation that they have sent me the product. I am highly annoyed at the fact that I keep having to email and whatsapp them to follow up but nothing is being done to assist me. This leaves a really bad taste in my mouth and I will not support small businesses if this is how they operate.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I am a school teacher and received one of their bags for Christmas (2022). I used the bag from the 11th of January to the 24th of March 2023 (one school term). The bag was only used for a short period of time but the material is already broken and in a bad condition. I tried to reach out to the business but I am not getting the desired feedback. I sent them pictures of the bag and they have asked me multiple questions, after which I had to beg them for feedback. I have just been informed that the bags have a three month guarantee WHICH WAS NEVER disclosed when the bag was bought. Due to their “guarantee policy” they are refusing to replace the bag. These bags are so expensive for the poor quality and now I am being inconvenienced as I have to purchase a new bag. I do not support businesses with such poor service, and never will in future again.
I placed an online order with ObsessionsCPT via their whatsapp ordering platform. They messed me around for about 3 days, firstly I was told that my order was with the courier THEN I was told that they are out of stock on the items that I ordered. They gave me an option to wait until they receive stock OR to get a refund. I OPTED for the refund. They are running their business off stolen money. They keep on saying that they will refund me BUT do not send a proof of payment or proof of the refund because they are not planning on doing the refund. I have asked for proof DAILY and just keep getting excuses. I will never support this business again in future because in my eyes this is theft. I am planning on going to small claims court and hopefully the consumer protection act will be on my side. They are BAD at communication and even though they post on Instagram daily, they struggle to keep communication lines open on whatsapp.
I ordered an eye shadow palette online during the 50% special. Once it was delivered, I opened the package and there were clear finger prints on the eye shadow - this clearly indicates that they had sent me a sample / tester eye shadow palette. This has been contaminated and worst of all, I received a contaminated palette during the Covid-19 pandemic. Absolutely disgusting
Karen and Anastia are the most rude and unfriendly people ever. I took back a product that was faulty and they point blank refused to exchange it for me. They were rude and grabbed a pen out of my hand and they DO NOT know how to speak to customers. DO not support people who don’t know how to speak to customers.
Horrible experience! Lots OF NOISE from the neighbors, the owner was a very rude man. We stayed in the "honeymoon" chalet where we received one bed throw to sleep with (no warm blankets). Breakfast made me want to throw up. Pancakes filled with what looked like "sausage". Upon our arrival, we had to pay our outstanding balance and a "breakage deposit" of R300. We were told we would get our money back on that Monday (no establishment does this). Money is supposed to be paid back to guests once they return the keys to the establishment. A week later and still no sign of our R300. We called the owner several times but he did not answer the calls. This place steals from its customers. We will never go back!
