VODACOM IS DEFINITELY THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
Vodacom is the ABSOLUTE WORST. We’re paying for a phone that we don’t even have since August 2020. Been through several conversations with agents and managers. Absolutely pathetic.

Pathetic service from URBAN DECAY
I made an online purchase two weeks ago and till date I haven’t received my items keep in mind these are Christmas gifts, so when does Urban Decay plan on delivering my products? After Christmas? I’ve sent two emails to them and I haven’t received any response! I tried calling the number provided and there’s no answer just goes straight to voicemail! Nor can I track my purchase cos there’s no record of it on the site!!
