It’s been incredibly disappointing and ridiculous with the wait to process my refund. I returned an item in May 2024, did multiple calls through the past months and still no refund and no response from Makro. This is actually the second time having an issue with Makro’s online division. Absolutely disappointing service withholding money from consumers
Purchased an Airconditioner that I later had to return due to estate size regulations. Although it was bought online, I made a physical return to a Makro Store which delivered to me. The refund has been processing from May 2024 and still have not received it. I’ve physically went into Makro’s store to follow up on my refund on multiple occasions and have called Makro’s customer service. It’s August 15th 2024 and I have no refund in my account. My Makro Account reflects that it was processed and refunded but customer service have provided me with an account number I’ve never heard of where this payment has been refunded. Please refund it to the correct account, this is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional for such a large sales forum
I placed an order this week and is it here? NO!!! there’s not even a tracker because apparently it’s still being processed and I’m being ignored again. I need my package!!!!!
Welcome to the pathetic service I’ve received for Christmas. So I’ve purchased from Urban Decay’s online store for some holiday gifts. They gladly took my money instantly. But a confirmation? No. I emailed to query? No reply I called? Nobody answered I reached out to L’Oréal and nobody answered either. So let’s all make it clear that I will give you a bad reputation and constantly nag for a refund till you hear how much of a bad brand image you’ve created in this time.
I’ve been messaging and calling them constantly on my refund that was due 7 months ago and they stay silent or say they’d get back to me but never do. Terrible that you have to beg for your own money back from children. I even complained for the fourth time now since they didn’t get back to me on the 10th of June.
This is the worst service you’d ever receive from an online service. It’s my third time reviewing them as I keep calling and checking on what’s going on with my refund but they’ll lie about getting back to you every time and keep your money for no reason.
This is my second time reviewing Makro. It’s been 7 months and still no refund. The worst service you will ever get online and con artists who keep your money.
On the 26 of December I purchased a pair of JBL headphones for R2000. According to their site it says 3-7 working days for the delivery. It came maybe 3 weeks later after I started college again in January. As soon as I used it, I realized that the Bluetooth settings couldn't work and the instructions on the box could not help it. I contact the JBL service to help me with further instructions and they instructed me to return the item as it has a defect. It took makro 4 months to come back to me and pick up my package. They have a poor emailing service and call service as I have to phone almost every week and tell a new person what went wrong or they never reply to my emails. They later emailed me and said that my refund will show in 7 working days. It's been almost two and a half weeks. I'm so disappointed in this brand that is so high esteemed and will never recommend it to anyone. And it's very disappointing that you have to beg for your own money back.
