Placed an order in November, it has been a month. I’ve received one email letting me know the order was confirmed and shipped. Shipped to where? It’s been a month, I’ve called and sent 30+ mails to receive no response. Bearing in mind it is Covid and this company is stealing money from customers. It’s no wonder their SA site was shutting down. They are disgusting. Customer care is non existent and they have basically robbed many of us by deducting money and not delivering goods. Pathetic excuse for a global company.
L’Oréal get your act together. I will never purchase a single item under your brand ever again. And I want my money or my goods. In fact my money if preferred f#** your Items I don’t need them.
