I placed an order with this company on the 7th of October. 2 weeks later I had still not received my order, despite the website claiming orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days. After E-mailing them I was informed that their system was down and that they my order would be dispatched that day. More than a week later still nothing. I then E-mailed them asking for the parcel's tracking number. No response. Two days later I E-mailed them again asking for the tracking number. No response. Five days after that I E-mailed them again asking for the tracking number. No response. I decided to phone them on the 13th of November. They said something went wrong with the courier company and that they would refund me. On the 18th of November I E-mailed them to ask when I could expect a the refund. No response. Phoned them again and they said it may take up to 2 weeks to process! On the 27th of November I get a WhatsApp asking for my banking details because there was a problem with the system and my refund wasn't issued. The person claimed they would personally ensure my refund is done. We are now on the 15th of December, and still no refund. I sent a message yesterday to the whatsapp number that contacted me. Despite being online, the person didn't read my message and it is still unread. I'm starting to think this company isn't legit and may be fraudulent.
