Dishonest, *****, unreliable, *******
We called Attie based on what came up on a google search in a desperate attempt to have our geyser fixed on a Sunday. He was not punctual, however he eventually came to check what's going on and said that the geyser had burst and we need a new geyser. He wanted a 80% deposit which we paid him. He didn't end up coming back that day as promised and only at the end of the day, after phoning him, did he say that there is no stock of the geyser and he would sort it out the next day. We became suspicious and found negative reviews on hello peter and google. We called him and requested a refund. He promised to refund as soon as the money reflected in his account. Anyways we had another plumber fix the geyser within half an hour. Turns out the geyser did not burst! The element burnt. This proved Attie to be a chancer. Up until today 1 month later I still have not received my deposit of R12 000. These people are ****mers, absolutely dishonest, unreliable, bunch of pathetic *******. Please be cautious!

Product not delivered
On the 20th october i placed an order with little milk lovers for a newborn swaddle set. My baby was due to to be born on the 7th November. I let them know and they promised 2-3 weeks delivery. 3 weeks later after the birth of my baby I enquired about my order and they said going to check the status of my order and did not respond to me. I enquired again via Instagram dms on the 19th, 20th, 21st and 26th November. They ignored me and only on the 26th of november did they say there was a misprint of my childs name and they had to reorder fabric. Could they not communicate this with me earlier and given me an option of a new print. Then they promised to send it out in the week. On 5th December after enquiry they promised monday. On the 9th december they began ignoring me again until i commented on their public posts. They offered me a refund on the 9th December or to wait another week . I asked for the refund. A week later still no refund and after whatsapping them they said they cannot offer me a refund and they had already ordered the new product. What do I do with a newborn product when my child is already 2 months old.. They blocked me off instagram and facebook, deleted my comments and they are ignoring my whatsapps. The worst customer service! They cannot keep to their word. They use famous people to advertise their products but cannot deliver to their customers!
