Poor service from driver who accepted to drop me off wanting more money than the application said
Ordered two pairs of tekkies was promised 5 to 7 working days its two months later still no tekkies and no updates except if I send emails
This school has a reputation for being one of the best schools in the Vaal Traingle but behind the scenes not everything is not as is seems. The school is not doing anything about bullies whether it's children or teachers. I won't recommend this school to anyone.
Discovery claims to be the best medical aid, caring about their members, but they would rather have their clients commit suicide than to pay the claims related to mental health admission.
Report *****/theft to ABSA on August 2nd, receive no feedback, lay complaints on Hello Peter, all of a sudden I receive feedback from two employees within 24 hours. The original investigator Edward phones me with excuae that he was on study leave. And they only received back feedback from Capitec on the 14th of October... Two and half months and then only you received feedback?? This is unacceptable customer service... Why did you not follow up and why should I go through al the trouble of following up everytime.. Great way to treat a customer of almost 40 years.
The bank for ********s, this is the second time that my interaction with Capitec ends up with money that gets ****** from me, without any assistance from Capitec.
I laid a ***** case with ABSA ***** department in August, we are almost at end of October and I have been following up regularly without any success, I have forwarded all required documents according to the last friendly gentleman that helped me, everything was done and that the officer investigating my case would assist me with feedback.
I have to admit that I am absolutely disgust with M-Care Potch service and assistance from the personal at the facility. Especially Sister Helen Ras, you have no human skills and the way you treat the pasients are appalling. I would never recommend the care centre to any one, I will also lay a complaint at the Medical Board about your attitude towards pasients
On this journey of my mental health I have always had Dr van Zyl in my corner, giving direction and advise on my journey. I know with her assistance and guidance there will always be a light at the end of the tunnel.... ❤️❤️
I have been promised that my complaint will get the attention it needs, this is now the second posting on Hello Peter for the same poor customer service from Wesbank. Not sure how you keep your customers happy with this poor service and empty promises.
