If I could give a negative rating it would be -10. They are very quick to reply when you make a booking and have to pay, but the moment they need to refund you due to a cancelled trip (by them, not me), they disappear from the earth. There is no contact number, just the agent that emailed you, who is all of a sudden non existing. Lauren de Vos does not reply to any of my emails and I still did not receive a refund after 2 months. They are an absolute scam! Funny enough how their website has only good reviews, but as soon as you start investigating, every single review is negative and they scammed 100's of people, all due to a cancelation on their side. Pathetic is not even describing the service!
Since RCS took over Edcon, the service of Edgars is non existing. The staff at the pay point is useless as you wait for 20 -30min in line to pay with only 3 people in the line. 3 staff members are working on 1 computer and they are unbelevibly rude. No one wears a name tag in order to identify a specific staff member, but it was the 3rd time I bought at Edgars after the take over and I only received bad service and very rude staff helped me. The last one did not greet at all and threw my card and slip across the counter to me. I am so dissapointed, I don't want to shop there anymore.
