To whom it may concern My name is Aviwe, a very dissatisfied customer. I purchased a Bennett Re 1000W Blender KBD211 on the 02/02/2021 time 15:45. I unboxed and used the blender to make a Herbalife smoothie which just requires water and the shake powder, the first blend was fine, I then proceeded to make a second blend, the blender was not working. The lady at the Customer service desk advised that the person working with blenders is not in on the day and that i should come back the following day. I told her was not happy and wanted to be refunded. Visited the store and the Tevo guy just said it must be a book for a repair, told him i was not happy with that i just bought the item and used it once and now you want to repair it ? He actually told me it was my fault that it was not working, saying I placed something hard on the blender and told me it's not rocket science, which i found rude and insulting. I asked to speak to the store manager since the tevo guy was rude and kept speaking over me and did not care that i was not advised of the proper procedure that needs to be followed to get my query resolved. I came 3 times to the store and only the third time I was told it must be booked for a repair, how is that good customer service ? no acknowledgement for the inconvenience that i suffered coming back to the store 3 times. I wasted almost an hour at the store today. Spoke to the store manager Abu-Bakr who was the worst of them all, I have never seen someone in management who does not have peoples skill, who lacks to be empathetic to the customer, who lacks to acknowledge that a customer dissatisfied, who lacks customer service skills to assure and give the customer excellent customer service experience. When i spoke to him about my experience he just said that the product came with a manual and i should have read it, his response was totally irrelevant to the matter at hand. He was very ignorant, he did not even introduce himself, just came and stood next to me until I asked if he was the store manager? He also spoke over me and just walked away after asking for his name to make the complaint. The product now is taken in for repair which I am not happy about , the iterm should not need repair after just one use. what i am more unhappy about is the rudeness I got from the manager. He did not care at all, i am not sure whether his behavior was influenced by the fact that i am a black person or that i am short , so he thinks he can treat me badly and get away with it. Even if you can interview him about this incident nothing constructive will come of it , do not even know he got the job if he is this bad at retaining the customer.
