I went to saddlewoods on the 11th of January 2024 the waiter at the door informed me they now only work on bookings, which I can understand. I asked him if they have available bookings for 12 January and can I make a booking. He said that they do have available bookings and gave me a number to phone. When phoning the number I got put through to Natasha the manager but she is so rude. I was still speaking to her and she dropped the call. When trying to phone back they just drop the call without answering. Due to her bad attitude Saddlewoods won't ever see me again
Good day! If i can advise all don't ever consider Cell c. I have had a contract with cell c for the past 10 years now. I never had any problems till now. Firstly, ever since vodacom took over cell c there has been trouble with their accounts. If you phone to talk to someone about your account they just say someone will phone you back, that never happens i have been waiting from the second of August for someone to phone me back still nothing. Since 2 August i have phoned nemours times about the same thing. Customer care seam to have no idea what is going on in their business. Secondly, they change some settings and it made that i wasn't able to use my phone at all. Again i phoned customer care and they just said we will refer it and someone will phone you in two or three working days. So when you ask them what you are suppose to do because you can not receive any messages or calls they just say thats how it is and hopefully it will be sorted in two or three working days. Thirdly, when it was time for me to upgrade one of their consultants phoned me and told me you will be upgrading to a samsung A12. No choice was given to me about what type of phone i want. Forthly, when i phoned to complain about the survice i received the agent that i spoked to laughed at my complaint. She has no idea how to treat customers. This was the last nonsense for me .They can be rest assured that when my contract term is done i won't be renewing my contract again and i won't even consider to get any thing from them ever again!!!!
I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered something from them in the beginning of August and still have not received it. Today is day 132 after placing my order. Every time you send them a email asking when you will receive your order they make alot of empty promises that is never met. On 2December i asked that they refund me they said it will take no more than 10 days to refund me we are at day 17 and still no refund. Be very very careful of this company they steal people's money and it seems that they get away with it
