Bonitas worst client service
I am extremely dissapointed with Bonitas medical fund apart from exhorbitant premiums and co-payments in everything. I have a claim Bonitas is sending me from pillar to post and Life Wilgehuewel have handed over this claim to the laywers which call me every other day and this is annoying. I terminated my medical aid with Bonitas as of 30 Nov 2023. my husband was admitted to hospita on 27 Nov to 30 Nov and Bonitas did not pay the claim when it was submitted by the hospital and their reasoning was membership terminated of which i queries this as when the hospitalisation occured membership was still active & Bonitas granted an auth no. i have been following this up the whole of 2024 they then classified the claim as a stale claim of which I presented them with proof that the claim was submmited within the 4 months prescribed period to this date I have no feedback Im am disgusted everytime i call for follow up Im told they cannot see the claim in the system the i have to relay what happened to evry other agent!! Worst client treatment ever

My premium could not...
My premium could not be reviewed as previous years even though the car value has decreased, instead I had to now have access added which I did not have for 7 years and my premium was able to be reviewed for a decreased premium with no access
