What a team !
Hi Guys Again, I'm sorry it has taken so long to leave this review. Our Volvo had a leak from the power steering so after a quick browse online, I saw the RSS website. I immediately knew that I wanted the car to go there. I wasn't wrong to think that. The whole team is fantastic. Not only that, the workshop is spotless, the equipment is awesome, and everyone was so nice. The car is perfect again now, so... THANK YOU GUYS !! These guys are the best at what they do. I've been in the motor trade for 48 years so I know when I'm being taken for a ride or having the wool pulled over my eyes. Our car was also valeted to really high standard (I had a valeting business in the UK for many years) so I was extremely impressed by the whole show. Keep it up you lot. Steve (&Sue)

What a great experience !
I felt the need to post this review because of how we were treated by the chaps at MKR auto. We purchased a car from them last month and they were true to their word prior, during, and after the sale. Andrew took charge of our purchase and he was extremely polite and professional. After the road test, we decided to buy the car and took delivery a few days later. After having driven home, we found a small issue with the car. I spoke to Andrew and Ros about getting it sorted and they did. I am in the motor trade (Just relocated from the UK) and I was a little concerned that things may not have been sorted. I couldn't have been more wrong. From start to finish the lads were excellent. If they said it was being done by Friday, it was done by Friday. If they said the car would have a second remote key for it when we collected it, it did. If they said the car would be valeted inside and out, it was. (They even then ordered a new screen washer bottle for us whilst it was with them) Now, I've had my fair share or bad experiences in the trade back in uk, so I was always on my guard to make sure we got what we should have. The boys delivered. I would (We would) recommend MKR auto for any of your vehicle needs. The fact that they are all very nice polite gents only made the whole process easier. Well done guys. You will always have our business, and I'll be sure to recommend others to use you too. Keep up the great work. Steve & Sue
