This is a message to the CEO of Card Connect, a division of Main Street 1723 (Pty) Ltd, to inform you of the poor service delivery of your company. Currently 12 days of transactions haven't been received, we've made numerous phone calls, sent emails and even went to our bank to enquire about the money, but no one has taken accountability of our outstanding money. During lockdown when we made no money you still charged us your R1000 minimum fees, but now when we need your assistance no one can assist. It's now two weeks since our initial enquiry and still no feedback from your company as to when our money will be received. Very poor service, no communication.
