Blue Haze - horrible accomodation

Not worth your money ... originally ordered a self catering unit for 4 adults ... the unit was filty and unclean ... from outside to inside ... a bag of rubbish left in the kitchen from previous patrons with rotting food and unit infested with flies and spiders (we even saw a golden obs spider with its babies and all ... hibby jibbies for my 8 month old baby ) ... complained to the reception they first suggested we wait while they clean ... but we were not prepared to stay in a unit with cob webs and spiders and flies everywhere ... we requested to change to a unit that was not self catering as the unit we ordered was the last one no alternate self catering unit was available ... so they swopped it for two double rooms with an aditional charge of R 1000.00... one deluxe room ... one honeymoon suite .... requested for our rooms to be next to each other because our plan was to stay together ... the guy refused to give us adjacent rooms said it was booked... but no one stayed the night in the empty one next door ... the reception floor was appalling and disgusting and hasn't been swept in a while ... the reception bench outside has dog fur on it ... the pool is merky and had grime along the the pool edges ... day visitors hog and swamp the pool till 6pm leaving the paying residents without any chance to play in the pool during the day ... not a staff in sight to even request more sugar sachets for the rooms... toilets are not clean ... the price we paid for honeymoon suit not worth our money ... furniture is super old ... room is dusty and damp smelling ... fan is old and makes a revolting sound ... bed creeks loud and impossible for a decent night sleep ... service is horrible... toilets smelly ... notice in rooms that if the toilet lights are not turned off at a cetain time the guard is instructed to come and remind you ... honeymoon suits infested with flies and all sorts of insects and spiders ... cob webs on the door ... shower is gross as ever .... the room is smelly and furniture is from the 1950's ... cupboards doors have no latches they open on their own ... internet pictures very misleading ... aweful ! DO NOT STAY !
