Best Service from Avoca
My husband and I booked a trip with Avoca Travels to Rio De Janeiro, Iguazzu Falls and Buenos Aires. We were recommended by a friend to contact Noor, who tailor made the trip for us. Their pricing was great, as well as the whole trip from the flights to transfers to hotels and even the tours booked for us. We highly recommend them and will continue to work with Avoca for future trips.

Outstanding Online Order for a Month
Ive ordered a package on 30 November from Mac online thats been lost in courier since over 2 weeks ago. No one is giving me a tracking number after emailing and calling and inboxing Facebook where the response is just "contact Aramax" for assistance. I have paid R700 for the products which is their responsibility to ensure I receive because delivery is an inclusive service for purchases! It is almost Christmas and I have tried RWS and Aramex to trace the parcel with just my name since no one in your company is helpful enough to give me tracking number or even just do their job of getting this parcel to me! This is the second issue Ive had with MAC in the last few months. Your after sales service is as pathetic as it comes! I hope this has your attention to help me now.
