This company takes order for goods and requires customers to pay a deposit but never delivers on the goods. The sales person named DJ, gives you so many excuses starting from saying he was sick, to his bakkie going for a service, then saying he working at a house doing renovations, to he hasn't had time to go and fetch the beds sets. He comes up with a new excuses every day. Please be aware of this company, they take the deposits and never refunds the customer. He tells you the company where he gets the base sets from will make the refunds, a guy called Gavin. Then it changes to he will pay the refunds as soon as he gets his commission and every day he'll say he's waiting for his commission, the "company" hasn't paid him yet. They are ****mers, please be aware of them.
Please be careful to order goods from Xtreme sales and auctioneers. They require the clients to pay a deposit to order base sets and other furniture but they don't deliver the goods and also don't pay back deposits. The sales person named, DJ makes up various excuses why he couldn't get the beds like being sick, having to take his bakkie for a service, saying he's busy with another project and could not go fetch the beds. Every day he give a different excuse and the client ends up not receiving their refunds. He gives a long story of how they lost everything during coved and how service went down but yet they take people's deposits and don't pay refunds or deliver te goods. They also advertises selling beds on their WhatsApp group knowing they will not deliver the product. PLEASE THE WARNED AGAINST THIS COMPANY - DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET THE MONEY BACK.
They upgrade my contract with Vodacom incorrectly and I’ve been paying my ass off on a contract for two months now. The sales consultant – Dalene gave me an open line contract without informing me but told me that everything will stay the same on my top up contract. Now it’s been a mission to get Vodacom to rectify my entire contract, which I never agreed to. The agent offered me this “wonderful” upgrade package which ended in me pay much more than I could afford. This is one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with and Vodacom must just cancel them as a subcontractor. After many attempts my spouse finally got hold of an agent who said he will put in a request for a investigation and will inform us of the outcome... We will wait & see. Absolutely useless!
