ITworkup
ITworkup is great. I bought a Noco battery jump starter advertised on their website on the 25th of March, and opted for collection. I received an email informing me that the item would be available in 5-10 working days from their warehouse. I received another email the following week informing me that I could collect the item from their premises in Waterfall Office Park, with a link to Google Maps to aid me in finding where they are situated. They are within an organization's building called CSSi, and further instructions in the mail mentioned to report to reception and provide my order no., where I would then be assisted. I collected the item on the 5th of April, and as per their communication, everything was done accordingly. The item was as described and works as expected. I can say that it was a pleasure to have dealt with them, especially since I could physically go to collect as this gave me better piece of mind that this was indeed a legitimate organization.

Incredible service! Found a pair of Ray Ban Aviator Polarized sunglasses that were at an unbelievable price on their online service portal. Made the purchase and not even 20 hours later they were delivered. Breach of Contract Terms and Conditions - Illegal debit order after Contract Cancellation
I cancelled my Supersonic contract in October 2020, under the guidance of their Terms and Conditions I accepted that it must be a calendar month's notice. I received a sms informing me of Supersonic submitting a debit order request earlier in December, to which I responded and informed them of the cancellation, as well as submitting acknowledged proof sent from Supersonic to my email address of Supersonic accepting my cancellation. I have just been debited again. This is outright theft! I demand I receive a response and a refund! Do not use Supersonic! They are deceptive and their lack of communication and service is unacceptable.
