I purchased a jacket recently for my husband as a Birthday gift, but the jacket didnt fit. We returned the jacket to look for a more suited design and size but the store didnt have one suitable or in his size. The store owner was rude to my husband when we requested a refund because the owner insisted we rather opt for a voucher. We explained to him that a voucher wouldnt be suitable as there was no other product we wanted from the store. To date (over a week later) we are still waiting for our refund and the store owner is ignoring all our attempts to resolve the matter. Yet he is sitting with our R1500 and I'm sitting with a husband that has no gift yet. The service received is shocking to say the least, and extremely unethical.
