I bought a fishing rod from the store in Beacon Bay along with other stuff. Spend 5k in store. The rod i purchased snapped while out fishing. Returned to the store and was told the boss needs to give the geen light. I then went to the Vincent store where to boss os situated as i was told. I stated the issue at hand and the owner immediately got defensive and short off and stated the supplier needs to replace my rod. The run around was to the point that a credit on the rod was not even in question. All i know is this owner has got no respect for his customers his got no care for customer service and also doesn't care about keeping his customers happy. I bought the rod from his store and it broke whatever he needs to do with the supplier is his problem and not mine.

Others reported difficulties returning stuff against cash, and I can see that this could be a problem. I made use of their on-line shopping offer. I order a branded product, and received exactly what I ordered within a few days. The on-line shipping experience was flawless, and I am happy with the goods received.

East Londons very own ******* guild! I took in a reel that was bought at bilimoria as the drag stopped working. I ask for it to be fixed and served at the same time. I went in to fetch my reel and was told I owed them R500. I was happy to pay this R500 as it had been purchased for R1000. I paid the R500 went home expecting to have a working reel. When testing the reel I found that the drag was not still not working. When taking it back, I was told that the R500 was for servicing the reel and not for parts which they could not get anymore (Why would I service and pay for a reel that can't be fixed?). An argument obviously materialized as I see this as theft. There was no willingness for some resolve instead I was asked if I would like to purchase a samosa for the drive home. Nice punch to the gut after feeling ******! I since have discovered that Spargs centre 500m down the road has an awesome fishing department and at a fraction of the price on their hardware who I now support and am more than happy to spread the word - and they sell samosas too :-)

Refuse to support/recommend them in future, were not willing to assist in the slightest with an issue regarding a rod that I bought. I just get a response "Goedkoop is duurkoop" when trying to get some assistance.

I have been purchasing sal****er fishing items every month from Billimoria Fishing Store in East London ONLINE since last year, I live in Gauteng. I must say their service is exellent, once they didn't have the item I wanted they gave me a similar item just a little more pricy for the same price, their deliveries always within a day or two & the delivery price is fixed at R150. If I have questions the staff is always helpful & give the best advice, trust me when it come to fishing tackle I am very fussy. 5 out of 5 for you Billimoria you care for your customers.

I recently bought a birthday present for my dad, but as I have no knowledge of fishing gear plus an added fear of purchasing anything online, I asked Dave to take photos of the equipment in store. He went out of his way to accommodate every single request I had. Even after we received the parcel, I still had questions regarding some of the additional parts that came with. Dave, again, went the extra mile and connected me with a pro. Will most definitely purchase from Bilimoria again! Thank you Dave for the fantastic customer service.

I purchased a jacket recently for my husband as a Birthday gift, but the jacket didnt fit. We returned the jacket to look for a more suited design and size but the store didnt have one suitable or in his size. The store owner was rude to my husband when we requested a refund because the owner insisted we rather opt for a voucher. We explained to him that a voucher wouldnt be suitable as there was no other product we wanted from the store. To date (over a week later) we are still waiting for our refund and the store owner is ignoring all our attempts to resolve the matter. Yet he is sitting with our R1500 and I'm sitting with a husband that has no gift yet. The service received is shocking to say the least, and extremely unethical.
