Terrible customer service from National Luna. Purchased the Trail Boss 50L from them last year, 11months later the fridge is not working. Regional manager advises that the office is closed and nothing can be done until they re-open in 10 days time. Only then can the fridge be sent off for inspection. This doesn't help if you are planning a trip and leaving in the next few days. ADVICE: If you have a National Luna fridge, get it out 3 weeks before your trip to check if it's still working. Avoid the product if you're thinking of buying a fridge.
